INGREDIENTS
- 6 pcs egg yolks
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 250ml condensed milk
- vanilla extract
PROCEDURE
- Put egg yolks in a deep bowl and beat it for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract while whisking.
- Place 1 tsp of sugar into each mould and melt until it caramelized.
- Pour the mixture on top of the caramel on the aluminum moulds, about 1 inch thick.
- Cover moulds individually with aluminum foil.
- Steam for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- After steaming, let it cool for a while before removing from the moulds.
- Carefully remove the aluminum foil and transfer leche flan on a clean plate. Refrigerate before serving.
- Serve and Enjoy!
