PORK CHAO FAN
INGREDIENTS
- 3 to 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ cups kankong, chopped
- 1 cup pork, minced
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
PROCEDURE
- In a frying pan, add a small amount of cooking oil and cook the beaten egg while continously tossing. Set aside
- In the same pan, add oil and saute garlic and onion until limp
- Add minced pork and saute until slightly browned
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Add 1 tsp soy sauce
- Add chopped kangkong, cooked for 3 minutes
- Add 1 tsp sugar
- Add about 3 to 4 cups of cooked rice and mix until pork mixture is evenly distributed
- Lastly, add scrambled egg and mix until completely distributed
- Transfer in a deep bowl and top with steamed pork siomai (optional)
- Serve hot and Enjoy!
