INGREDIENTS
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium potato, cubed
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 can 85g liver spread
- 1 pc beef broth cube
- 1 pc red or green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 cup water
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
- Boil eggs for about 8 to 10 minutes for perfect hard-boiled eggs. Remove shells and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat oil, saute garlic and onions until limp.
- Add potatoes and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add carrots and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add in tomato sauce and water according to desire thickness, then bring to boil.
- Add in beef broth cube and mix with the sauce.
- Add in bell pepper.
- Add liver spread and mix well with the sauce.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper according to taste.
- Lastly, gently stir in eggs and green peas.
- Cook for 3 minutes more and serve hot.
